Any problem we find will be explained to you in plain english - that is something we pride ourselves on and in fact is something we are always complimented on too. Our turnaround time is exceptional if we cannot get you up and running there and then we will indicate to you how long it will take ( where special parts need ordering to fix the problem for example ).
Our Senior Engineer is a fully qualified Electronics Engineer with over 20 years of experience which certainly helps when getting down to those real tasking problems and between us have undertaken many manufacturer led training courses and even trained other Computer Engineers in the past from novice to experts.
