If you feel you have any reason to be unhappy about the service you have received then we would like to hear from you. Please get in touch with us. We really don't bite and will respond to any complaints in a polite and professional manner. Your first port of call would be to contact the engineer who assisted you and if the matter remains unresolved to your satisfaction then please write to us with your name, address and repair number at the following address:

In your letter explain the problem as you see it and how you feel we may be able to resolve the situation for you. Upon receipt of your letter we will investigate the circumstances where necessary and try to work with you to attain a satisfactory outcome.
Generally speaking our 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available for your peace of mind. If we solve a problem for you and offer advice which you adhere to and the exact same problem happens again within 14 days then call us and allow us the chance to put it right at no cost to you. If we cannot fix it then we will refund your labour charge. The only exception to giving a refund would be where you fail to follow any specific advice given at the initial time of repair or for example you have purchased parts elsewhere which turn out to be faulty as this is beyond our control, we setup your broadband for you but your line is faulty as your broadband provider is at fault not us. Our principle as a small family run business is to be fair, if it is our fault then rest assured we will aim to resolve the situation for you.
